Our experienced team will help you choose the solution to suit your requirements. Our range of Steel Doors / Security Doors covers all areas of industry. We will manufacture, supply and install your projects from our design & manufacturing centre in County Dublin. We can chose from a vast selection of colours finishes and technical specifications.
If you need a Fire Exit, Security or Anti Bandit Doors we will design & manufacture your doors to suit your specific security requirements. The finished product can be custom made to suit existing structural openings for what every your requirements may be.
Some of the manufacturing standards we adhere to are listed below;
Door Leaves:
Manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zintec steel, double skinned with interlocking channels and horizontally with built in strengthens to prevent twisting. Internal space with-in the door skin cavity are filled with Dufalyte board or dense Rockwool. Standard thickness is 50mm.
Door Frame:
Manufactured from 2mm Zintec steel, formed and welded into a single or double rebated frame profile, reinforced and fitted with profile plates. Depth of frame is 100mm.
Hinging:
Depending on the size and weight of the doors can be supplied with 3, 4, 5 stainless steel security butt hinges.
